A Texarkana man is facing a felony charge after allegedly damaging an ATM at Red River Federal Credit Union on Summerhill Road.
A Texarkana man is facing a felony charge after allegedly damaging an ATM at Red River Federal Credit Union on Summerhill Road.
Investigators say 24-year-old Malik Gabriel Watson was caught on surveillance video punching the screen, causing more than $1,400 in damage and putting the machine out of service for several days. Police identified him using a partial license plate number. Watson is being held in the Bowie County jail on $50,000 bond.
If convicted of criminal mischief, he could face two to ten years in prison. The case is assigned to Judge Jeff Addison.
