TISD Selects Firm for Superintendent Search

The Texarkana Independent School District has selected a Texas-based executive search firm to help find its next superintendent.

The school board chose Arrow Educational Services to lead the search, with input from staff, families, students, and the community. Interim Superintendent Sherri Penix will continue providing leadership as the search gets underway.

The district says more details about the timeline and public input opportunities will be announced soon.
